ABOUT CAPP CUSTOM BUILDERS

Michael P. (Mickey) Capp became a State Certified General Contractor in 1986. Since then he as become well known in the Indian River and Brevard County areas for quality construction and unique designs with an Old Florida flavor.

Mickey is active in community affairs as well as the City of Sebastian Construction Board and Board of Adjustments, as well as being elected to the Board of Directors of the Sebastian Chamber of Commerce for 2005. He and his wife Liz have two daughters and live in Sebastian.

HISTORY OF CCB

Unique designs with an "Old Florida" flavor is the hallmark of CCB. The style the company has developed is exhibited in such local favorites as Captain Hiram's Restaurant and the Key West Inn. The members of the company are proud to help the community of Sebastian grow.

They have also completed many commercial projects including churches, restaurants and historical restorations (such as Fellsmere's historical 1911 Building now housing the popular Marsh Landing Restaurant).
